ABOUT PILATES
Pilates, in it's pure traditional form, balances strength and flexibility. It helps your body achieve balance of joint mobility and stability.
It's also resistance training. We can customise the training to you! Different colour springs on our machines allow us to increase or decrease resistance making an exercise more or less challenging.
The best thing is, it's for every BODY . . . you do not need to be fit or flexible or have special work out gear, you just need to show up and we'll tell you what to do (seriously we don't shut up) 🤣 And we'll have fun doing it.
